I have no problem talking about it at all. I'm on c. 40k depending on the exchange rate. 

I have no idea what my colleagues are on as, despite senior management claiming there is transparency in pay grades, they won't tel, us what the pay bands are.

Only joking really. I work in IT and am on about £67k. Plus free lunch, family health care, death in service benefits, plus share scheme (another couple of grand), and a final salary pension. EDIT:, forgot about the bonus. Works out to around £13k/year on top.
