I’ve heard this twice on the radio this week. Whilst I kind of remembered it I certainly didn’t have it in my head what a nice bit of guitar work there is on it. It’s not flash but it’s nicely done. 
Might have to put it on the shelf marked Guilty Pleasures though.

Brilliant. This is the thread I have been looking for. Mostly my guitar playing and listening has been stuck in the same place for.....erm a few years (blues and rock). However, somebody posted on here a few weeks ago a link to Little Barrie.......wow, the guitar can make other sounds!

Now listening mostly to King of the Waves by Little Barrie, in particular the introduction to Tip it Over. If it was on tape, I would have worn it out

This is absolutely fantastic- not a dud track on it. It’s already a great year for Paisley underground fans with this, a truly great new Long Ryders album and a Dream Syndicate album on the way. All we need is new material from The Rain Parade.

 ^ I was listening to that album the other day and enjoyed it very much. I'm pretty sure that Matt Piucci mentioned there would be some new Rain Parade material on his Facebook account the other day, though he has since quit FB.
