As @ICBM said, unusual to see that on an Ibanez, I'd probably hold out for a better example.

All that's happened is the screw for locating the saddle is in the other hole to the other saddles, as can also be seen on the Floyd on my Jackson's high E and D strings.
It's just for the intonation, and not a more nefarious reason.
