I got a Very preorder and so did my dad. We're both fully expecting refunds come september but, who knows, maybe they'll come through.

Nothing stop you from having no stock just to refund you.

That's the danger of getting it from 3rd party sites instead of direct from Nintendo.

Yeah but Nintendo were all out. If very cancel my order then it's not a big deal. Who knows, maybe they know exactly how much stock they're getting.

I've hedged my bets and put a click and collect order with Smyths and a normal order with Very.  Do you think I should cancel the Very order?  Are Smyths pretty reliable?

It would be a bit shit of Smyths to take orders that they can't fulfil. its a kids toy shop and it probably wouldn't be worth it to piss off the parents that will be going in there at Xmas.

I've got to take the train to Smyth's in Swansea to get mine. I don't have to pay anything until then, so I'm worried they might just sell it to somebody else
