I adore floyd and gilmour's playing,I'm just baffled by an old washburn being bought for what I paid for this house.

I understand why it's revered by so many (Pulse etc), but it wasn't on any of the big records that these buyers listened to while getting high at college.

I was considering that in the other thread. I reckon it's pretty short list: Lennon's Casino, Page's #1 and/or #2 LPs, Micawber, the Red Special and maybe Springsteen's Esquire.
