I haven't watched them, I just know they're not for me.
I find your lack of faith disturbing.
I wanted to like it but the ending was too stupid for words.
Up until then I was quite enjoying it.
A friend ask me why I didn't want to see it, "because you love ABBA"... I said that was exactly why I didn't want to see it.
Surprisingly, I didn't like that at all and nearly gave up on it several times until about two-thirds of the way through, then it got a bit better and I decided to stick with it, then it got a bit weird, then brilliant.
"Take these three items, some WD-40, a vise grip, and a roll of duct tape. Any man worth his salt can fix almost any problem with this stuff alone." - Walt Kowalski
"Only two things are infinite - the universe, and human stupidity. And I'm not sure about the universe." - Albert Einstein
Rumpelstiltskin (1995), was really shit in every way
I can't help about the shape I'm in, I can't sing I ain't pretty and my legs are thin
But don't ask me what I think of you, I might not give the answer that you want me to
Luurrrvvee.. The answer was luurrrvveee.
Stupid. Stupdistupidstupid. Stop selling it as "super accurate hard sci fi film" when there is a mini man floating in a fucking bookcase saying love is the fucking answer.
yeah... annoyed me that film
Titanic? Abyss? Star Wars? C'mon guys - you may not like it but how can you call it a bad movie? (Out of those three SW is probably the worst technically - although would be my favourite to watch).
Vanilla Sky? - not as good as original but actually quite clever and brain stimulating. If you didn't "get" the film it doesn't mean it's bad.
As for M. Night - he gets fair amount of hate on here. I agree that some of his pictures are cringeworthy, but "Signs" I liked. Worth watching for Joaquin Phoenix alone...
I had to leave the cinema due to film being so bad- and it was the Transformers... even few drinks inside didn't help to sit through this...
"Interstellar" improved massively upon 2nd and 3rd viewing on blue ray- not that bad as I though after seeing it in iMax.
Honourable mentions: Ad Astra... they actually managed to fcuk such a potential up... great shame.
All right, it's a very good film but I think it's been overhyped by the critics.
