El Dorado 12 and Gosling Black Seal are my current favourites but they’re expensive.
Used to love Kraken but gone off it a bit lately. Sailor Jerry and Dead Man’s Fingers are my usual go to rums.

Woods 100 on it's own is nice. 
I like the fact you can feel it evaporate on your tongue, like decent poteen. 

Coke is nice too, but mixing them is like fucking for virginity.

Yep Sailor Jerry is good and usually cheap. No jokes, please.
Dead Man's Fingers also good, and Mount Gay too.....but another vote for Gosling Black Seal as the best of the bunch. 
Kraken overrated and pricey.  Ginger ale /ginger beer works well with rum too.  But it works so much better with Irish whiskey that I tend to keep it for that and pair rum and coke more often.  Tomorrow night when I stay up until silly o clock for the McGregor fight it'll be rum n coke all night.

I’ll agree to the rum and ginger normally… however, this rum with ginger tasted like “the dentist” this eve… so coke it was…

I'm a Kraken man (Aldi do a great knock off for £14.99 btw) but just had some House of Elrick and a bottle of Bumbu.

This is the only way to consume rum!

I’m just near the end of a bottle of Kraken so looking to try something similar but different if you get what I mean.

Neat or with ice for me, no coke.
