I'm terrified to go to sleep.  I've been woken up several times by the sound of my mobile ringing in the small hours requiring a panicked dash to my mum's and/or the hospital that I'm a state of anxiety about going to sleep.  If the phone goes tonight it would only mean one thing - and I can't stop worrying about it.  Dear God, please don't let anyone ring me tonight..
