I've seen them a lot but its been a few years since the last time. Need to pull the finger out and get along to a show sometime soon.

I discovered a band called Kaleo.

Icelandic bunch. They play rock/blues/folk/Indie styles throughout their album... I think the reason I liked it so much was because it was a real 'journey' listening to the album, so many textures and up/down moments throughout so it was a solid listen.

Accidental discovery too.

The Senior Service album The Girl In The Glass Case. Came out last year. Instrumentals done in the style of 1960s soundtracks. I'm playing it a lot at the moment.

Bits of The Magpie Salute on YouTube, sort of revisiting the Marc Ford, Southern Harmony era Black Crowes ( at least the live clips are) so I'll tag in @strumjoughlamps as he mentioned that album above. 
Anyway, some new stuff by them:



There's a PG rig rundown too, although I mostly learned from it that their guitar tech wears pyjamas and Marc Ford does a fair impression of an aged junkie. Nice guitars though.
