I wanted to break 190km but mister blister stopped me.
12km + 5km = 17km....just 633km to Luxembourg!
Nearly didn't bother tonight but glad I did.
36.6 + 6.2 = 42.8 miles for February.
I want to enter the Kingston Breakfast run on Sunday March 26th. Both 8.2 and 16.4 mile (two loops) races. Anyone care to enter with me?

But... was really looking forward to tonight's run, as I really like running in the rain, I got about 500 metres in and my left calf pulled again.
So annoyed. Got my wet kit on, and was going to try and do 6k and then. TWANG!

I think it's time to start trying to run a bit faster so I think I'll do an interval session tomorrow, then I have a cross country race on Sunday. Hopefully somewhere slightly further from the back this time!
Managed to get below 8:20 per km which for me is amazing. Especially as I couldn't have done that 2 weeks ago if you'd paid me. Or stuck Kelly Brook and Holly Willoughby on a bed just in front of me todo with as I wished when I caught them.
