5 miles through the quarry today, slightly longer route. My legs and lungs were fried at the end. I think we went a little faster but it probably has something to do with a very difficult fast yesterday, and not enough breakfast today.

Off to the in-laws for Christmas on Thursday. I suspect I'll put in a LOT of miles whilst there if only to get out of the way for an hour or so.

I've enjoyed the challenge & lost 3kg by simply running more!
