I'm new here. I'm going to lie, I joined on the recommendation of a friend - Lewis Hamilton, as I'm selling my Les Paul. That said, I will likely join in with other conversations....I can't seem to avoid doing so!!

My name, basically. My first name is Adrian, my surname begins with a J and I was born in 1981....I know, not very imaginative.

I am in Leeds in Yorkshire, England.

To enjoy my playing and to have a band that gets occasional gigs that fit around my job as a paramedic.

If I have to pick just one, then I'm going to go with my Fender Custom Vibrasonic amp - basically a 65 Twin RI circuit tweaked by Bruce Zinky and running through a 1x15" speaker....has Blackface tone in spades and is lighter than a normal Twin.

Hi, I'm here to be one of those people who annoy me on other forums, by joining (in the short term) to use the classifieds. Having said that, I did the same on a cycling forum about 10 years ago, and in the meantime got flatmates, a cat, advice on work and housing, and a couple of cycling clubs out of it, so I might not just be here to exploit the place!

It's just my initials, I'm afraid - I like to think my parents couldn't decide, wrote the birth certificate, and filled in the rest later.

I'm in London, and I've been here a third of my life, but I'll never be from London - I'm always going to be from the North West.

Too hard to say - maybe The Lady Don't Mind by Talking Heads, though the guitar is a bit basic - favourite song to play is probably The Wild Kindness by Silver Jews.
