Hey all,
Q1: Where did you username come from? I "used" to play online games and many, many years ago I jumbled some vowels together and made this word. Turns out it's a real thing 'n all.
Q2: Where in the world/country are you? UK
Q3: What's your main musical ambition? Just for fun, and the dBs.
Q4: Your "best" bit of gear - just the one? Used to be a custom Palm Bay Tidalwave - stupidly let it go. Now It's my 5150!

Q1: Where did you username come from? Not much thought went into it. It's the real name of the killer whale from the film free willy if anyone is interested. First random thing that came to mind.
Q2: Where in the world/country are you? Up North.
Q3: What's your main musical ambition? Write a musical
Q4: Your "best" bit of gear - just the one? capo
Q5: Your #1 ever track - again, just the one? echo beach - martha and the muffins

Q3: I love to play and record guitars. I've been a metal player since I was 13 and have recently gotten into acoustic fingerstyle type playing.
Q4: I have a private stock PRS that is my pride and joy.
Q5: I have to say Master of Puppets because that's what made me want to play guitar in the first place.

- I just want to enjoy playing, getting better and explore different genres. I hope one day I can release my own album.

Born and raised in Norfolk, but moved to Liverpool 20 years ago to be with my girlfriend, who I am very proud to say, became my wife.

I want to shred but it's clearly easier said than done. I want to be able to play George Lynch's solos like it was nothing.

I was thinking of putting my Gibson Les Paul Studio here but I'll go with my ESP LTD Kamikaze George lynch signature.

Too many to choose but I'll go with "No one like you" by Scorpions , my inspiration to pickup the guitar.

A1 - My name is Ash and it came from a silly nickname when I was a teenager

A2 - From Reading in Berkshire!

A3 - Got back in to playing about a year or so ago and regret not playing for so long!

A4 - I have 2 guitars (which i'm trying to sell) Both are Schecters. My favourite is the C1 Elite I have. It may not be the best sounding but it's a pretty thing.

A5 - This question is far too difficult. Albums maybe Linkin Park - A Thousand Suns. AFI - Sing The Sorrow.

joan jett i love rock and roll. it got me playing first time.
I had three terms at college back in 1999/2000, Halfway through a term I lost the fleshpad on my right index finger in an accident at work and had to learn to fingerpick using my middle finger, Ring finger and pinkie, Once it was all better I could revert back to the norm!!
I started collecting guitars too and now the wife is threatening to leave me, Only a couple more guitars to get then hopefully she probably will!!

1) My name is Paul Anthony Bartholomew Crane and my username is just the initials and surname.
2) I live in South London however was born in Australia.
3) My main musical ambition is to continue to make fantastic music, record it and play it live.
4) I dunno if it my best bit of gear but my white Jazzmaster is what I'd least like to leave behind. In fact, my wife (when on a team building work retreat) named it as the thing she'd grab if the house was on fire! It seems she couldn't give a toss about anything else. Or maybe she just couldn't bear to listen to me moan.

Hi all
Always liked guitar based music. 70's classic/bluesy rock is what does it for me. Now in my late 50's, decided to get a guitar and have a go. (Unfortunately, no talent / old dog...new tricks etc. means it's slow progress). Still, I enjoy mucking around trying.
Recently found this place, and like reading all the info.
