@terada that looks amazing.
Re: the St. Vincent; I think it's amazing because it's so difficult to come up with a new design that isn't just a copy or slight variation on the classics and have it look good and that guitar is a completely new design and looks great.
Surprised about the misogyny mention though, I can't remember ever seeing any in relation to that guitar.
I don't care- it is an awesome instrument.

Or it's been punched in by accident by a clumsy worker who has left one side of a 335 without one.

This is my G&L CLF Research Doheny V12. Basswood body and MFD humbuckers that switch independently from single coil, series and parallel. It doesn't sound anything like a jazzmaster, but I love the shape and colour, the photo doesn't do it justice.
Endless hours messing with this, and is definitely it's own guitar. I mostly have it set up with the neck in parallel and the bridge in a single coil mode. It's got medium jumbo frets holds a note really well.
It loves tweed style amps most from my experience. But it's ffffing awesome with everything cranked up and fuzzed out but equally suited to super clean twangy country.
I think it's marmite because it's a G&L and has funky electrics! I love it!
