A stunning result considering I've had a week on all inclusive in Gran Canaria. It's been hard not hammering the booze and sweets but very easy to load up on fruit and veg. It's going to be much harder next week I think.
I've consciously avoided cheese and crisps but again it's been easy to choose the good stuff in front of my family.
However, I shall miss my left arm......

I say hilariously as because of my birthday over the past week I have consumed:
A 8 pint barrel of beer
2 bottles of champagne
various bottles of red wine and cider.
A huge cheesecake covered in mini eggs (my birthday cake)
A massive basket of cheese
A huge fryup + lots of other big dinners
myriad easter chocolates
I have run 2 7ks and an 8k over that time, but nowhere near enough to burn all that.
I may write a diet book
Still adjusting to the strength training but feeling good.

I've cut down the portions and halved the dinner.
I'm probably losing too much to soon but that's the only way I can do it.
End of week one, no weight gained, none lost - unsurprising. It's been an oddly tough week (I know, no excuses...), but I'm back on it now, and have been more active, eaten better food etc. On the plus side, it still means I've gone from 15 stone to 14 stone 7 this year.
Here is to this time next week though, eh? Congrats to all who have done better than myself, seeing you guys is helping keep me somewhat motivated. If not, I'd have binged far harder than I have done.

This week: 15st 12.2lbs
Target. I shall be 15 st 6 lb by Saturday 3rd June 2017

Start week: 91kg
Week 1: 90.8kg
Week 2: 89.7kg
It`s moving downwards which is good, no major diet change just less bad stuff and slightly less in general also trying not to snack.
Exercise has been cycling 15k an evening since last Sunday with last night off to have a few beers and unwind.
Keep going all, this thread is really helping me keep on track.

not a great week, on call again so late eating, lack of sleep and inevitable McDonalds.
But scale is moving in the right direction.
