Still doing 3 times a week, right up until last week when, don’t want to make excuses but it was ice cold and CHUCKED it down for days so I rather 1 day with 2 days off as opposed to 1 day on/off.

Went out today to open my account for the year and managed to lose an AirPod in the slop.

Opened my account for ‘21 today.  8k.  Current goal is 20k each week.

I’ve not ventured out since the 23rd Dec but had a good second half of 2020 after being injured most of the first 6 months. A friend and I have set a target of 1000km for 2021 and are tracking our progress in the Nike Run Club app.
