Are many Bothans going to die in this? (Is that Death Star 1 or 2). 

Either way it looks great....I'm an excited kid again, it's got AT-ATs in it!!!

This is the story of how the rebels got the plans to the first Death Star, so presumably won't contain many (any?) characters from the existing films but will fill in some backstory without going all prequel-trilogy on us and spoiling all the mystery.

(that said, I can't see them possibly making this story without some Darth Vader in it, can they? James Earl Jones is still around so they just need some tall bloke to put the suit on... )

I was hoping that would be the eventual Rebels storyline, because it has 2 or 3 jedi in it already, and what were they doing in the original trilogy?   Darth has already been in it too

I know it's really all quite generic stuff but man there is something fundamentally cool about the Star Wars universe isn't there?
No idea about this, first I've heard, had to Google to see what it's about and where it fits but I really want to watch it.

Good bit of stick fighting action from Donnie Yen. Hoping he does some cool fight scenes in the film.

As a side note, I'm currently in West Cork and we went to the area where they are going to film Empire Strikes Back 2.

Very picturesque and very rugged, not good At-At country.

Unfortunate timing perhaps, but the two Death Stars were pretty integral parts of the trilogy, and kind of central to the story of this one. At least we know it won't be blown up though
