My feedback thread is here.
Been getting up 6am and out for a trot then, if I see anyone coming I give 'em a very wide berth.
Hopefully will be able to carry on as long as poss.
The only danger is treading in dog shite as we seem to have gone back to the 70s around here in that respect. Only a matter of time before I spot an 'old white crumbly'.

Also gives me more time to train which I'm also happy about. I've had "something" on my chest the last couple of weeks which was initially making training hard and then caused a break as even doing 2 miles was absolutely exhausting. Think I'm over it now but I'm going to give it another week before getting back to it.
Training goals are obviously going to change for the time being so I'd appreciate some advice from more experienced runners if you don't mind. I'm not exactly fast - current 5km time is around 37 minutes. Ideally I'd like to get this down to sub 30 minutes. My plan of attack is to do 4 runs a week consisting of a 5km at the start of the week, two mid week runs focusing on intervals/tempo training/hill work and a longer, slow run at the weekend (ideally working back up to 10km). Does this sound reasonable considering my goal?
Maybe some other stuff (sit ups/push ups) on the non running days...it's a drag but seems to help.
Reckon that is a very nice goal to have.

Im on week 4 day 2 right now but only actually been doing it for about 20 days so still aheda of the game. Calfs feel a bit tight today though so skipping a day and back to it tomorrow.
Well done @PolarityMan, keep it up!
And stay safe all.
I’ve heard good things about water rowers. Enjoy it!
