That's a very good point.  Hyundai dealer is on the Enterprise Park at Llansamlet.  Even if they wanted to charge you a fee, it could well be worth it, both financially and certainly time wise
Hope you buy it.  Mrs Ledzep had the Hyundai Coupe which was the predecessor to the Veloster and my daughter has an i30 hatchback, both vehicles were trouble free.

You could argue the point if you were exceptionally pedantic that the "on each side" part is illogical in my context as neither one or two doors on the side of a car is an unusual number.  What is odd is the combination of two different door configurations on the one car.

But I suspect you already knew that.

You did yesterday. That's good enough reason to buy it.

Look at it this way: in a year's time, having been getting the bus and train everywhere for the last 12 months because you couldn't make your mind up on your new car's colour, you're going to feel pretty damn stupid no matter which way you cut it.

On the other hand, if you buy it and discover you really can't live with it, you can just sell it again without losing much (probably less than it'd cost to get a hire car or pay for public transport while you've got it).

I feel like the most important point that you're missing is that buying a car is not a decision that you have to live with forever more, and you can change your mind at any point and get something else instead.

Have you said to the nice salesman "I'll buy it"?
Have you given him some form of payment? 
Is the V5 in your sticky palms, or in its way to you?
Have you paid for insurance cover on it?
Has your wife stopped laughing yet?  (about the car)
Have you driven it?

Or  ... are we in for another few weeks of "have I done the right thing (even though I've not actually done anything" posts??

I think Emp buying a car is analogous to quantum phenomena, a bit like Schroedinger's Cat. There are only probabilities that a car is bought or not bought. Both states can seemingly exist at the same time.
