You might be doing it again come Easter.
TBH, I'll be happy finishing top4 with CL again next season and some decent football along the way. Who knows, maybe a cup final too.
From what I've read, Conte isn't going to put up with sulking players, and if they've any common sense at all, they'll not be trying that anyway. A strong manager with a very successful track record, who'll probably be able to persuade some more quality players to join Jan ... it's an opportunity for the current Spurs players to be part of a successful squad even if they're not playing every match.
In the last few weeks Conte may also have been holding out for the Man U job, and that prospect seems to have receded again, for a while at least.
Not really, that's just wishful thinking ....

So, I really didn’t want to qualify for the Europa van hire conference losers league in the first place. Thursday / Sunday / Thursday just isn’t football. I'm not hugely bothered at not progressing in the Eurinal Conman League. If you win, you qualify for the Eurinal League proper, but you get that for finishing fifth so why the extra hassle?
All of the people posting "worst I've ever seen" have clearly never seen any video of us in the season we went down. Now THAT was a crap first team.

End to end, red card, nailed on penalty not given, Kane finally scores but misses a boatload more, Alli looking like a premiership player, Klopp yellow card, Kane should've had a red or Robertson should've had a yellow. Result on a knife-edge until the whistle was blown.
But now I feel we missed an opportunity (as well as ‘Arry missing a few).
The rest of the season is going to be interesting.
